Part 2

ree

"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." Matthew 5:16 (KJV)

I have had the privilege of serving with some of the hardest workers in the Kingdom. They know their job and they do their job.

They work in unity with a “Whatever It Takes Attitude.” They work with joy and avoid any resemblance of drama. I will ever be grateful that God has allowed me to be a part of laboring to build His Kingdom with such great men and women.

Below is a list of characteristics of Kingdom Workers.

THE WORKER

1. Workers Are Problem Solvers. They make things better for the good of all.

2. Workers Are Structured. They plan their work and work their plan. They tend to work on a system.

3. Workers Are Skilled. They know how to use their gifts effectively.

4. Workers Are Faithful. They are steadfast. They finish the job. They under promise and over produce.

5. Workers have a strong desire to Please God and Serve Others. They are working for God.

6. Workers are always Developing their Gifts and finding a better way to get things done. They develop and mentor others.

7. Workers Don’t Need Recognition. They had rather work behind the scenes. They defer compliments to the team.

8. Workers are Often Spiritual, but Always Practical. Most workers I’ve served with work hard and pray harder!

Examples of Great Workers:

Noah - Nehemiah - Ezra - Martha
